Susan Farrell

After two decades helping companies of all sizes — from Fortune 500s to local businesses — grow through smart marketing, Susan Farrell founded The Marketing Quarterback (TMQ) to bring big-league strategy to small businesses without the complexity.

Her experience spans both corporate rebrands and grassroots launches: from leading the rebrand and website build at Dow Jones and Caseware, to creating logos, websites, and CRMs from scratch for start-ups and local businesses. Trained in Six Sigma Greenbelt at GE, Susan combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, covering everything from campaign development and vendor management to hiring, operations, and event experiences.
